On Sunday the 3rd of March 2019 lets hike together in Carnival rhythms … Panachradou Monastery -Messaria-Menites … Put on your costumes and come with us to celebrate Carnival!

• We meet at Menites springs parking, where from with a minivan or some of our cars drive to the Panachradou Monastery. This is where our hike begins !
• We then descend walking on the well made stone paved path, enjoying lovely views to the east coastline and the fertile valley of Messaria
• We cross the bridge of the Haunted (Stoicheiomeni) and then ascend to the picturesque village of Mesaria. Then walking parallel to the riverbed along a shaded part we reach Menites springs.
• Difficulty level : medium-difficult, distance : about 8km

With our steps we are helping to keep the path open! Along the way we will also cut back any vegetation which has grown back to block the path and clear any garbage.
