On Sunday October 22nd, let’s walk the route Arni – Prophet Elias – Kouvara – Vourkoti combined with a celebration at the Vourkoti Cultural Association!
One of the longest and most enchanting routes of Andros, ascending from the highest peak – Kouvara – and the green valley of Arni towards the mountain village of Vourkoti. Magnificent views from the mountain ridge, impressively lush vegetation and water abundance in the most forested valley of Andros, all areas of invaluable biodiversity.
After the end of the hike, those who wish may continue to the 1st Rakokazano Festival organized by the Vourkoti Cultural Association (Entry 15 euro to the Association and includes plenty of food and wine, musical feast, raki distillation and competition and much more!)
